1. Payment Policy:
- Full payment is required upon check-in. Partial payments, payment at check-out, or later payments are not accepted.
2. Identification Requirement:
- Guests must present a valid government ID card. For foreign nationals, a passport and valid visa are mandatory.
3. Prohibited Activities:
- Gambling, prostitution, drugs, contraband goods, etc., are strictly prohibited. Violations will be reported to the authorities.
4. Food and Pet Policy:
- Strong-smelling food is not permitted.
- Pets are allowed only for full house bookings and at an additional cost.
5. Visitor and Noise Policy:
- No visitors are allowed.
- Loud music or noise is prohibited.
6. Safety Measures:
- Flammable items, explosives, and similar items are not allowed.
- Guests are responsible for any damages caused intentionally or unintentionally.
7. Guest Conduct:
- Disturbing other guests is not allowed.
- The management is not liable for any loss or damages to guests' belongings.
8. Reservation and Government Regulations:
- Reservation rights are held by the management.
- Guests must comply with all government regulations and rules.
9. Fire Safety and Cleanliness:
- Campfires and bonfires are not permitted.
- Guests may be charged for excessive room or toilet cleaning beyond normal usage.
10. Service Hours and Refund Policy:
- No services are provided between 9 PM and 8 AM.
- Payments made are non-refundable and non-adjustable under any circumstances.
11. Parking and Access Policy:
- Vehicles must be parked in designated areas only. Parking in public areas is prohibited.
- Management or staff may enter the premises if deemed necessary.
12. Policy Amendments and Disputes:
- The management reserves the right to amend, change, or add policies without prior notice.
- Disputes are subject to Udupi jurisdiction.
